Conducting interdisciplinary research on the processes of institutionalization of social conflicts in Kazakhstan over 30 years based on spiral dynamics theory using verifiable analysis methods to develop a conflict management model based on vMEMs at the macro, meso, and micro levels for the sustainable development of the country and to obtain a new model of social transformation.
